Truffle grove experience. Excursion with an expert quarryman and his faithful dog, with a mini-lesson on the types of truffles, the right equipment and the curiosities of this activity. The search continues between the farm’s forest and its truffle grounds, on a walk of about 1km which then passes through the olive grove and the lake.

Tasting of two wines in combination with a cutting board with selection of Cinta Senese breed wild pig cured meats, pecorino cheeses with jams/honey, croutons of various types and with extra virgin olive oil, tasting of legumes such as Trasimeno green beans or chickpeas, where some products will be embellished with truffle flakes. Typical Umbrian bread and water.
