The Frantoio Bartolomei was born towards the end of the 19th century from the strong relationship that has always linked the family to the production of oil.

Today the management is entrusted to the Brothers Carla, Rita and Pierluigi who, respecting the teachings received and with extreme passion, carry on the family work.

In the Bartolomei Oil Museum you can take an emotional journey through the history that we have reconstructed through period illustrations and photos, machinery and old tools, for example a very rare and enormous 16th century press that only worked manually; without electricity.

The Bartolomei Brothers will guide you through the view and will tell you the story of an ancient and fascinating profession and who better than them could do it since the oil mill has been producing oil since the end of the 19th century and the passion and knowledge have been handed down from father to son

The Cantina Di Filippo is located on sunny hills, halfway between Torgiano and Montefalco. From here you can admire the Umbrian Valley and the medieval towns that surround it such as Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco and Bevagna.

The Sportoletti family, in agriculture for generations, has always dedicated itself with passion to the production of wine. Towards the end of the 70s, the brothers Ernesto and Remo, taking advantage of the teachings of their father Vittorio, decided to dedicate themselves exclusively to viticulture; thus, in 1979, the first thousand bottles with their own label were born.

Since then, the long journey began in search of the perfect balance between innovation and tradition, trying to make the most of the potential of the territory, the hills of Spello and Assisi, where the company’s approximately 25 hectares of vineyards are located.

At around 500 meters above sea level, on the edge of the Monte Subasio Park, the company owns around 2000 olive trees, Moraiolo cultivars, used for the production of an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Azienda Agraria Carini is a 140-hectare complex managed with organic farming methods, characterized by typical farmhouses of the Umbrian peasant and two small lakes. It is located between the slopes of Monte Tezio near Perugia and the plain of Lake Trasimeno, an area traditionally recognized as particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines and olive trees.
